Braze assigns the default email provider based on your account setup and region. Historically, Braze uses SendGrid as the primary provider but also supports SparkPost as an alternative. In most cases, the provider is automatically assigned during onboarding.
Clients cannot directly choose the provider unless explicitly discussed during onboarding or setup with Braze. If you have specific needs (e.g., compliance or performance requirements), you can discuss using a particular provider (SendGrid or SparkPost) with your Braze account manager.
You may be able to specify when ESP you want them to set you up on, talk to your sales Rep to see if that is an option.
As mentioned above, DNS will be given once you send them the subdomains you are gong to use. They will then send you the DNS instructions.
