Creating segment using AND and OR operator

Braze allows to use filters like : [Condition1 OR condition2] AND [Condition3 OR condition4]. This is basically an intersection of first two and last two conditions. 
Is it possible to have a case where I can apply: [Condition1 AND condition2] OR [Condition3 AND condition4]?

This would essentially be a union of the first two and last two conditions.

    Afraid no real way to do this.  The best method would be to create a segment for each of the groups of conditions and then within the campaign you send, under the additional filters, use the "Segment membership" option.

    Then you can do "Is a member of segment 1" OR "Is a member of segment 2" etc.
