Hiring: Email Operations Associate

The Email Operations Associate will be responsible for managing the setup, testing, and execution of the company's email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth communication and maximum performance between the business and its customers. This role requires a solid understanding of email marketing best practices, strong technical abilities, and a self-driven, accountable approach. The associate will leverage in-depth knowledge of company data and processes, alongside creative problem-solving, to enhance productivity and efficiency in email and SMS operations.

Essential Functions

• Execute and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Configure and build marketing emails using Braze software.
• Perform quality assurance and ensure email performance data flows correctly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure data integrity and inform strategy.
• Troubleshoot, test, and optimize automated messages, autoresponders, and customer journeys.
• Conduct regular email testing, monitor deliverability, and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Maintain email deployment schedules and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Assist in segmentation, personalization, and campaign setup recommendations.
• Provide training on email operations and troubleshoot complex issues with support teams.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
