Braze assigns the default email provider based on your account setup and region. Historically, Braze uses SendGrid as the primary provider but also supports SparkPost as an alternative. In most cases, the provider is automatically assigned during onboarding.
Clients cannot directly choose the provider unless explicitly discussed during onboarding or setup with Braze. If you have specific needs (e.g., compliance or performance requirements), you can discuss using a particular provider (SendGrid or SparkPost) with your Braze account manager.
Braze support should be able to provide you with DNS records data.
As part of the PLO (implementation process), once you send them your subdomain/domain name, they will send you the DNS records you need to configure.
