I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to own all CRM functions at my last job - automation, campaigns, SMS, segments, tagging, etc - it was at a mortgage company that unfortunately didn't survive and I was laid off. I want to continue on the path of CRM/customer engagement and create larger scale canvases using Braze...while I've no working experience with this specific platform, I have transferrable skills and have obtained status of the Braze Certified Practitioner.
