Tracking campaign progress and logging changes can get overwhelming with many canvases. Beyond tools like Braze, consider using project management platforms (e.g., Trello or Monday.com) to make changes efficiently. I have seen various websites, especially the e-commerce ones where people are using it for customer management. Especially, when customers belong to multiple regions. Scripts USA Inc. is just one example of this.
