Manage Connected Content Headers
This page suggests the ability to set and manage connected content authorization. Our admin has raised my credentials (I've logged in and out) and I'm still not seeing this available under any of the settings menus.
Can someone provide insight here either the exact breadcrumbs and/or the permission set needed to access the menu?

hey dpDss44
Settings -> Connected Content (under the Workspace Settings column) is how you get to this page. As David mentioned, Braze’s docs don’t seem to call out the exact permission needed for access. If you’re still running into issues, it’s probably worth checking with Braze Support—seems like the permission might be buried within another setting.

Hi dpDss44
I've had a look at the permission settings and the Braze docs about them but it's not clear to me which ones would allow connected content.
Two things.
1. Not sure how easy it would be to work with your admin and get them to set your permissions to admin briefly to ensure you would actually be able to see this with the right permissions. Just in case there is a different issue going on.
2. Are you able to post a screenshot of what you are seeing and where you are in Braze exactly, in case it's not related to your permissions?
See if we can figure this out :) - AllanHeoFNMVisionary
dpDss44We will say, we've rarely used this authentication page for the 100s of customers that have made Connected Content calls.
Mainly because most API sources require more than the simple, basic authentication that Braze allows for.
We've had to make different API calls to retrieve some access/authentication token, or have an Engineer with higher permissions generate a token to hard-code inside the Connected Content call.
Wanted to share these points in case what you're looking for isn't in that Braze Authentication page!
