Email engagement metrics
Hey Bonfire group,
I've noticed a decline in overall email engagement over the past month, specifically in terms of open and click rates. Sends and deliverability remain as normal for our comms which are a mix of scheduled and triggered sends.
I was wondering if there is a chance that since our comms update, the email might be moved to different folders in an inbox e.g. Gmail -> Promotions. Is there any way to see or know about this?
Additionally, we haven't changed our audience and in fact optimised several of our email communications from a creative side of things. Conversions are increasing which is a good sign.
Wondering if there if anyone else here has observed the same thing or could provide any thoughts or insights - would be greatly appreciated!
