SMS channel smpp or api?

Both can be done in a straight forward process as they are partners. I dont think we should complicate it using API intergartions.

For Twilio:

1. Twilio Account Configuration:
   • Sign up for a Twilio account.
   • Obtain your Account SID, Auth Token, and a Twilio Phone Number.
2. Add Twilio as a Partner in Braze:
   • Go to the Braze Dashboard → Technology Partners → SMS Partners.
   • Select Twilio and input the credentials:
     • Account SID
     • Auth Token
     • Phone number or Messaging Service SID
3. Link SMS Campaigns:
   • Create an SMS campaign within Braze.
   • Select Twilio as the SMS provider.
   • Input the message content and preview it before sending.

For Inforbip:

1. Infobip Account Configuration:
   • Create an Infobip account and set up API keys for authentication.
2. Integrate with Braze:
   • Navigate to Technology Partners in Braze.
   • Select Infobip as the SMS partner.
   • Provide the API Key and Sender ID from Infobip.
3. Campaign Configuration:
   • Create SMS campaigns by selecting Infobip as the provider.
   • Configure templates, personalization, and schedules directly in Braze.
