We've never needed to know which specific code was assigned to each individual user. We see the promos when someone places an order and redeems one.
You could use message extras and pass the value of the code for each users in the "email send" event through currents and surface this data in your analytics platform.
What would be the use-case for knowing the promo<>email pairings? Avoiding promo code abuse?

Thank you so much for the reply! Yes preventing promo abuse is the main use case. We want to be able to validate distribution online and at our POS. I will look into this solution
