What are some of the different audiences that you focus on when continuing to build upon your existing loyalty programs?

I believe it’s important for a loyalty program to be approachable and engaging for all customer segments. It should be simple enough to be clearly communicated in awareness campaigns targeting new customers, while also offering enough value and excitement to foster repeat loyalty and deeper engagement from existing customers.
