How has the success of this campaign reshaped the way you think about engaging with your audience?

From a communications perspective, I’m always thinking, is this easy and effortless? It could be the greatest offer in the world, but if your customer thinks it’s confusing, or doesn’t see the value in 2 seconds… you’ve lost. All that time and energy you’ve spent in Braze is wasted. Wireless can feel overwhelming but we’re here to take out the “over” and the “whelming” out of it, so they can think about other things, like what to do with all that $$$ they’re saving.

Whenever I’m creating a campaign or communication that will deliver to our customers, I ask myself “What value is the customer getting from this?” If I can’t answer this question, then I go back and re-think my initiative. My main objective is to retain our current customers and generate value where possible. Whether that’s informing them about a new product feature, informing them how to save the most money on their renewal, or sending them a free milkshake, I am constantly thinking about how my customers will receive this message.
