freelance CRM Specialist
Location EMEA - Remote friendly Description Our app has been a braze customer for a little over 2 years. We currently have a relatively comprehensive setup tapping into push, IAM & email. We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience with Braze to level up our initiatives on the platform. Toward the end of the assignment (3-6mo), a team member will need to be coached so they can take over the CRM function internally. Bonfire community! I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to own all CRM functions at my last job - automation, campaigns, SMS, segments, tagging, etc - it was at a mortgage company that unfortunately didn't survive and I was laid off. I want to continue on the path of CRM/customer engagement and create larger scale canvases using Braze...while I've no working experience with this specific platform, I have transferrable skills and have obtained status of the Braze Certified Practitioner. Does anyone have any advice for someone at my level, with 3 years experience and a proven track record, looking to grow my career at a company that uses Braze or similar tools?
