Issue with Braze ‘canvas/data_series’ API – Getting ‘0 sends’ for canvases despite known activity
Hi Team, I’m currently using Braze’s canvas/data_series API to fetch performance data for our canvases. However, I’m noticing some data discrepancies — for a few canvases, the API is returning ‘0 sends’ even though I can confirm (from the source of truth) that there have been sends. Has anyone encountered a similar issue or could help me understand why this might be happening? Would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this.
