Hey there, a short use case story — inspired by one of our customers,I tested the Amazon Incentive API to showcase the referral program integration with Brazeand Voucherify. It's a solid piece of software. I particularly liked three features: ➡️ `/CreateGiftCard` is idempotent — the same request ID yields the same certificate, so there's no need to store them in the CRM. ➡️ You can prompt the API to return a specific error code using a request parameter. This is useful for bulletproofing the integration, especially when combined with predefined test cases. ➡️ The documentation might not have Stripe-like magic, but it's up-to-date and comprehensive. Hi all, can anyone please share their experiences using Movable Ink? Have you found there are things you can't do directly in Braze that you can with Movable Ink? Or are there workarounds for things like calendar reminders, countdown timers, social sharing, live polling, etc that you've found solutions to without using an integration like Movable Ink?

Hello all, Looking for a way to update a custom attribute using Zapier. I'm trying to connect a tool (Referal Rock) that has a native integration to Zapier. I want to trigger a change on a custom attribute when a change happens on Referal Rock. Has anyone got any experience with updating custom attributes using Zapier? Hello Braze Community, We are onboarding Braze and connecting it with Treasure Data, our CDP. Our team is trying to figure out the best way to perform segmentation that will leverage CDP's segmentation capability while allowing CRM to be agile for journey orchestration and optimisation. The team has decided to adopt a hybrid setup, meaning the segmentation is not exclusively done in one platform or the other. But we're debating between two approaches. 1. Create a few child segments under one parent segment in CDP. Push the child segments to Braze and use them to build sub-segments in Braze for different Canvases and Campaigns. One sub-segment is not necessarily tied to one Canvas/Campaign exclusively. The child segment contains a large group of customers who may qualify for more than one user journey. 2. Create one segment tied to one Canvas/Campaign and push it to Braze. Then, build a segment in Braze using the logic custom attribute is td_segment_id = campaign_name or canvas_nameand append it to one Canvas/Campaign. In this case, all segments in Braze are pre-generated in TD based on use cases. I'm looking to understand the pros and cons in both setups and would love to hear how you and your team balance the relationship between CDP and Braze when segmenting audiences. Hey Braze power users, I was watching a webinar last week that Snowflake was hosting that revolved around using the Persado AI tool with Braze. It peaked my interest which lead me going down the rabbit hole of learning more about Persado's product. While my initial research has got pretty excited about the capabilities I wanted to ask and see if any other Braze users have experience with it. Do the motivation AI and dynamic motivation products actually deliver ROI for your business? Does it speed up AB testing with the experimental design framework? TYIA
