What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Work closely with the product development team to understand product features and benefits and translate them into compelling messaging and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve marketing goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
• Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, events, and other channels as appropriate.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and coaching to achieve individual and team goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, media outlets, and vendors.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customers, including their needs, preferences, and buying behavior.
