Your primary mission is to ensure our users' continued engagement and satisfaction while maximizing their lifetime value on our platform. You will lead initiatives focused on driving user retention, enhancing monetization strategies, and improving customer support experiences.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the user retention of the brand.
Develop and execute comprehensive LiveOps/CRM strategies to improve user retention and increase monetization, with a focus on VIP users.
Utilize a deep understanding of iGaming and social casino games, including slots and casino games, to optimize the gaming experience and drive user engagement.
Lead the customer support and responsible gaming journeys, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues while promoting responsible gaming practices.
Implement NPS measurement and improvement initiatives to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting to the CEO, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and data analytics, to drive product enhancements and feature developments that align with retention and monetization goals.
Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimization.
Hire, mentor, and support product managers within the retention team, fostering their growth and development.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in LiveOps, CRM, iGaming, and Responsible Gaming to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
