Braze/CRM Expert for American Express 3.0

We are looking for a driven CRM Manager who can own the role and accelerate our customer engagement via Braze! You currently already use Braze in your daily role.

Your Mission:

• Manage and create our B2C CRM strategy, including customer-lifecycle management, segmentation, and engagement initiatives.
• Craft external-facing communications that effectively engage, re-engage, and upsell customers.
• Develop emails, push notifications, in-app messages, content cards, and canvases on Braze to drive impactful results.
• Send targeted, tailored, and relevant communications and offerings.
• Take charge of comms calendar management, deliverability, and monthly reporting.
• Analyze insights to segment users effectively, driving engagement and loyalty.
• Optimize and continually iterate an A/B testing strategy.
• Implement a localized process for Plutus’ international communications.

• CRM Proficient: Highly skilled with Braze and adept at maximizing its feature set.
• Crypto Experience: Passionate and knowledgeable about blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and Crypto.
