anonymous users in Canvas
Any documentation about how to test for anonymous users messaging, specifically for a canvas? Wanting to test our logic but realized I can't limit to our internal team segment since it's for users without accounts. Don't really want to just go live and then test... Any ideas?
You could limit canvas entry to one and test as soon as you go live, not the best option depending on your traffic.
We do this by searching our anonymous users by their device id, which can be used in user search.
braze ID works too!
