Yes! My team at Crumbl uses Braze to connect with customers across email, push notifications, and SMS/MMS. We use Braze to automate campaigns based on customer actions, helping us send personalized and timely messages. We also use the platform to send promotional messages about our weekly rotating menu of desserts.
