Let's talk marketing skills

I don’t believe you need a qualification in marketing to be a great marketer, those days are long gone. What you need is a curious mind that likes to always be testing and learning, never assuming the outcome will be the same for every user or organisation. I think that’s why my science background helps me be a better marketer. There are some strategies to marketing but at the end of the day, a good chunk of it is experimentation and iteration. As one of my marketing heroes Devin Nash once said, “At the end of the day, none of us really know what we are doing.” 🤣 Be sure to look him up on YouTube if you like marketing in the gaming and streaming space.
