What are some of your key focus areas for next year when thinking about the Mint Mobile customer engagement strategy overall?
We will be focusing on executing a truly 1-1 customer communication experience. Sending the right message at the right time, on the right channel. Sounds simple, but executing this at scale while being able to measure the results is not so simple. This is where smart Braze features and AI technology will be key.
We're focusing on what matters, which is showcasing the great value of our premium wireless service. This is a category that shouldn't be breaking folks wallets and that's what we're going to keep focusing on in 2025.
