WhatsApp User consents
We started collecting WhatsApp users consents through a canvas in Braze using in-apps. We're actually getting good results (or at least better than the industry based on the metrics shared by Braze)....

We strongly recommend that you collect channel-specific consent separately for WhatsApp, email, and any other channels that require it.
This provides the best customer experience, as your customers can indicate which channel they want to receive communications on.
