Description:
This role will be focused on multiple projects to implement and oversee marketing and communication strategies. We are seeking someone who is to help build a different kind of energy company — one that believes in renewable energy and shares the values of our customers. The right candidate will be a hands-on, data-driven team member who can jump in and support the marketing and customer communications side of our community solar business. In this role, you will be responsible for communication and writing skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adhere to tight deadlines. This person will report to Group Manager of Retention Marketing.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieving marketing goals through the development and implementation of retention marketing programs.
- Delivering quality programs on time and within budget by managing vendor and inter-organizational relationships and issues.
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement marketing programs as assigned across multiple channels including email, text, direct mail, and phones.
- Manage the end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns—build emails using HTML/CSS & A/B tests, QA, and send through Braze.
- Lead dynamic content and personalization development process using liquid, ensuring messaging and data are QA’ed and successfully executed.
- Track metrics, interpret results to increase retention and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong, productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understand the energy market, conduct competitive analysis, anticipate customer needs and advocate for programs to meet those needs and improve key performance metrics.
- Ensure marketing materials are proofed, approved, and meet all organizational standards.
